Do I have to come to the shop to buy a policy?
No. Most policies are issued over a phone call or WhatsApp — send a photo of your old policy, RC book or Aadhaar and the quote comes back the same day. The shop on Evershine City Road is there whenever you would rather sit across a desk and go through the wording.
My car or bike policy expired months ago. Can it still be renewed?
